Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We require 48-hour notice for cancellations or requests to change your appointment. This is because that appointment time has been held specifically for you, while others have been turned away.

For in-person consults:
A credit card deposit is required at the time of scheduling your appointment and will be applied towards your consultation fee. The remaining balance for your consultation will be charged at the time of your appointment. If you fail to give appropriate 48-hour notice to cancel or change your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded and your credit card will be charged the entire fee of your consultation.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will be seen by the doctor. This will cause a delay in the next scheduled patients and it may be considered a “no-show”, with loss of your deposit and consultation fee.

For virtual consultations:
The entire fee will be charged at the time of scheduling. If you fail to give 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule, this consultation fee will not be refunded. If you are not available when our office contacts you on the scheduled date and time, it will be considered a “no-show” and your consultation fee will not be refunded. For virtual consults, please be aware that all times are based on Eastern Time Zone.

Please be advised that scheduling your consultation demonstrates agreement with this policy, and you authorize credit card charges in accordance with the policy detailed above.
