This young woman did not like her “outie” belly button. Her “outie” is the result of a small belly button hernia, so her procedure involved a hernia repair and then cosmetic belly button surgery to make her a beautiful “innie”.  This was done using only local anesthesia and she was back to normal activities the next day.
