Our patient had very large and dense breasts. This had been an issue her entire life and was causing neck pain, shoulder pain, and back pain. She was wearing a FF bra and wanted to be smaller. She had a breast reduction that reduced her to a full D cup, which matched her body. You can see that a lift is part of a reduction. Aside from the improved appearance, she had immediate relief of her pains.
