Our patient had some weight loss that caused her butt to become flatter. She desired to make it as large as possible, and she specifically requested more volume along the top of her butt. She didn’t have a lot of excess fat on her body, which made this an even tougher case for Dr. Schulman. He performed liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, lower back., upper back, and inner thighs (“lipo 360”). All the fat he harvested was then injected into her buttocks to provide this great result.
