Here is a perfect example of “sometimes you get more fat than you think”.  This patient had very little available donor fat and several surgeons had turned her down.  Dr. Schulman knew this would be a difficult case to undertake, but he did, and he was surprised that he was able to get more fat than he had anticipated. He performed targeted liposuction of her upper abdomen, lower abdomen, flanks, and thighs (“lipo 360”). The fat was placed in her buttocks. Her new appearance is quite impressive, considering she had been told that she could never get a BBL.
