This woman had lost some weight and as a result, her breasts “deflated” and drooped. She had a breast lift as well as a small reduction in breast tissue to raise and reshape her breasts. This is a good example of needing to remove some breast tissue during the breast lift in order to create a round appearance. If there is too much breast tissue, then the breast may begin to droop again over time.
