Our patient had dense breasts that began to drop over time. She was unhappy with the flatness of her upper chest and wanted her breasts to be higher on her chest. This was accomplished with a breast lift. Because she was happy with the amount of breast tissue that she had, there was no need to increase the size with an implant or reduce the size with a reduction.
