Sometimes we never know how small someone’s waist is until we finish the surgery. This lovely young woman wanted a tiny waist, but honestly, we weren’t sure she could get it. Well, she did! She had liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, full back, and inner thighs (“lipo 360’), then had fat put back into her butt and hips.  The fat into the hips was primarily to round them out, not necessarily to make them much larger. Her shape is unbelievable and she is ecstatic. This remains one of our “most-requested” wish pics.
